MyLedger helps you record income, expenses, commissions and work in progress. It is a recordkeeping tool. It does not access bank accounts or move money.

Your records

Use your own account and record information you are authorized to manage. Keep exported backups of important records. Confirm amounts, dates, bank availability and account ownership when recording or importing entries.

Assistant review

The Assistant proposes entries for your review. Review and confirmation are required before a proposal is saved. Ambiguous or conflicting notes may require clarification. Neither AI interpretation nor a software release is a guarantee that every possible input is correct.

Availability and sharing

Google sign-in, cloud sync and hosted AI depend on external services, connectivity and service limits. Workflow links disclose the published Workflow to anyone who has the link until sharing is stopped. Share only information you intend those recipients to see.

Updates and support
